However, he took his first steps in comedy: in 2002, together with Dries Helsen, he won both the press and audience awards at Humorologie. Later, his comedic talent found an outlet in writing scripts for television series such as Bevergem and Grond. Met Verstaanbaar he brings his first one-man show, coached by Wouter Deprez.
