SUMMER TOURS 2026 - The ponds of Zillebeke

THE PONDS OF ZILLEBEKE - ZILLEBEKE - 6.7 KM A summer evening trip along the water is a must. Moreover, we will enjoy a rare phenomenon: an almost total solar eclipse, peaking around 8:00 PM. We will explore Zillebeke Pond and the Verdronken Weide towards the Lille Gate (Rijselpoort). Via the historic water barrier wall along the fortress marsh, we return via the Castle Moat to the Peace Grove (Vredesbosje) and the north side of the pond to Zillebeke.
