Agro-ecology in the past and the future

Bij Wervel we organize a farm visit more often, but this time we do it just a little differently! We are not visiting a farm, or at least not a working farm. The vegetable museum t’Grom is located in the historic Midzeelhoeves in Sint-Katelijne-Waver. We start with a tour of the museum where we learn more about the history of our food and how it was grown. Afterwards, we will talk together about what we can learn from the past to build a beautiful agro-ecological future together. You are welcome at 2 PM for a short introduction and getting to know each other. At 2:30 PM we will start the guided tour of the vegetable museum itself. At 4 PM we will talk to each other about the past of vegetable cultivation and the future vision of agro-ecology. We are happy to offer you coffee or tea.
