After years of demolishing numerous festival stages, Compact Disk Dummies is heading for a well-deserved sabbatical year in 2026. Sitting still for a long time is not for frontman Lennert Coorevits, however: with his solo project Lenny Lenny, he confidently kicks open a new musical door. Songs that differed too much from Compact Disk Dummies have recently started piling up on his desk. They are all soulful, sparse, and in a way still – a fox doesn't lose its tricks – danceable tracks. Expect a marriage between Paul McCartney and Childish Gambino, with the playfulness of Beck and the vocal harmonies of Parcels. Live, Lennert is backed by a rock-solid band and is completely ready to invade our club.
