Discovery tour in Turnhout!

In collaboration with Avansa Kempen, a fascinating activity is on the program. This time we are heading to Turnhout, where we will get to know the city in a surprising and colorful way! On Saturday, August 1st, we will take you on a unique walk through multicultural Turnhout. Together with an experienced city guide, we will discover how different cultures and religions help shape our city. A walk full of fascinating stories, surprising encounters, and new insights. We will visit a Roman Catholic church, a Romanian Orthodox church, and a mosque, and view these special places from a new perspective. Along the way, we will be tempted by the delicious scents and flavors of a Turkish supermarket and get an interesting look into the workings of Agentschap Integratie and Integration. This trip is a unique opportunity to see Turnhout through different eyes, discover new cultures, and experience a pleasant, educational day together.
