Visit to cooperative 'women's farm' Het Schaapshof

Heleen, Sofie, and Annelies grow organic vegetables and flowers according to the rhythm of the seasons on 4 hectares at a historic farm, the Schaapshof, an estate that has produced vegetables and fruit almost uninterruptedly since 1834. For an hour and a half, we walk along the crops and stables and delve deeper into organic farming, short chains, and community-supported agriculture. Afterwards, we can enjoy an organic lunch, prepared by the farmers with their own products
