Since September 2022, Don Vitalski’s Legendary TuesdayClub has seriously redrawn the rules of the Flemish cultural landscape. Without fail, every Tuesday evening of the year, the losers and the superstars follow each other at a dreamlike pace in this enchanting revue, each time for three hours straight. Every Tuesday in Paroza in Berchem, but on other days also the Bourla, the Minard, the Stadsschouwburg in Bruges, Het OLT, and finally also in Cinema Plaza! Without much planning in advance and after having started in the theater basement of De Groene Waterman, the TuesdayClub became a phenomenon in a few months, with sold-out performances everywhere. Especially for the Duffel version, exclusive Duffel talents are invited: Geert Beyens, Cajun Moonshine, Lefty’s Choice, The Smetterly Brothers, and – very exclusively – Jan De Smet in a duo with Lien Van de Kelder! But also with other heroes like Romeo Spinelli, The (fantastic) Bonnie Blues, Parlé Texas, and The Legendary Johnny Trash! Actually a classic revue, but then insanely fast, from opera to punk rock, from burlesque dance to ballet, from serious poetry to stand-up comedy. No act lasts longer than five minutes.
