Welcome to Versailles. Everything shines, smells of perfume, and sounds of power. In the court of Franse Zonnekoning Louis XIV, everything revolves around theater, dance, and music. In ‘Son of the Sun’ we follow composer Jean-Baptiste Lully. Once he was the child prodigy of the court, a virtuoso with notes, sets, and dreams. He composed the most beautiful ballets and operas for the king. But the sun is merciless: whoever gets too close gets burned.
