Fancy moving and meeting new people at the same time? \n\nWalk along for free with Hilde Aerts, during the walk 'On the road with and to yourself'. \n\nWalking in company works wonders: it reduces stress, provides new energy and strengthens your mental resilience. The walk is short and accessible (max. 5 km), with plenty of rest moments along the way. In case of bad weather, we provide a pleasant indoor activity. Afterwards we close off pleasantly with a drink or a small snack.\n\nEveryone is welcome — put on your walking shoes and join in!
