The Busted Flush

A melting pot of blues, boogie, rock ‘n’ roll, funk and even zydeco, the style of The Busted Flush is difficult to capture under one heading. The group, five veterans with the blues deep in their DNA, is pre-eminently a live band for whom playing pleasure comes first. Original compositions are alternated with quirky arrangements of classics by old masters; think for example of John Lee Hooker, Willie Dixon, Chuck Berry of Muddy Waters, but just as well of J.J.
