Thunder in the dark | lying-down concert

Met Donder in the dark, we offer an intimate group of music lovers the chance to get to know mARTa as a new cultural venue with a unique listening experience: lie down and enjoy this experience in the authentic setting of mARTa. The dark acts as a magnifying glass for the smallest details. You become aware of your own breathing, every movement, and every sound in and around the hall. The musicians and the audience disappear into a cocoon, disconnected from the outside world. A collective trance emerges between dream and reality, where everything and everyone becomes part of the music. How does the context in which we listen to music influence our concert experience? And what effect does this have on the musicians and the music that is created? Thunder in the Dark transforms itself into a stimulating, unusual concept. Practical: Bring your own mat (and blanket)!
