Naragonia, The Ship of Fools (Tryout)

Expect an enchanting evening with beautiful songs at the intersection of folk, jazz, and world music, brought by eight top-notch musicians. Just as the ship of fools set course for the mythical land of Naragonia, these eight musicians sail their own musical route, carried by songs about the sea, along turbulent ballads, forgotten travel stories, and compelling songs about ships and skippers. The musical core is formed by the Naragonia Quartet, one of the most leading folk groups in Europe for more than twenty years. In 2024 they were awarded the prize for ‘Beste Live Band’ at the Flanders Folk Awards.
