Olivier Vander Bauwede Quintet - The Sound of Toots

It has already been ten years since Toots Thielemans, arguably Belgiums greatest musician ever, passed away. With his quintet, Olivier Vander Bauwede delivers a vibrant and contemporary homage, spotlighting Toots’ most legendary collaborations. He has presented distinctive tributes to Thielemans at venues such as Bozar and Flagey.  For this concert, Olivier is joined by guitarist Peter Hertmans, who shared a close musical friendship with Toots and performed alongside him.
