Korneel Bernolet, Nicolas Kummert — Rameau

Will to Wander concerts bring together a classical soloist or a duo — specifically programmed by MIRY — with a second creator who formulates an artistic response to the same piece.\n\nKorneel Bernolet is one of the most in-demand harpsichordists internationally. With performances in, among others, the Teatro alla Scala van Milaan, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Wiener Staatsoper, the Philharmonie van Keulen and those of Paris and the Kennedy Centre in Washington D.C., he has put himself in the international spotlight on multiple occasions. He is also a welcome guest in Belgian houses and ensembles, from Il Gardellino to Antwerp Symphony Orchestra.\n\nHis program with two suites for solo harpsichord by Rameau inspired Nicolas Kummert to a solo performance inspired by Rameau, in which his saxophone, voice, and electronics are the building blocks.
