A fascinating mix of handstands, acrobatics, dance, and a humorous, non-verbal story about rituals and an unbreakable sisterly bond. Two sisters balance, literally and figuratively, between their shared history and personal differences. Through handstands, acro-dance, and subtle irony, they reflect on their upbringing in a traveling circus family, where family rituals provide stability. They go in search of a shared ritual. But what if that means something different to each of them? Melody wants peace, tea, and a tidy table. Lily wants to let loose, seeking energy and movement. As they share the stage, their worlds collide. How do you stay in balance when the other person is moving in a different direction? Their bodies intertwine, support each other, and fall over. Using acrobatics and physical theater, the sisters seek balance and embrace their differences. Thus, the performance evolves into a new ritual in which they find meaning together in a world that is constantly in motion.
