Two anthropological chefs from the future land on the theater square and invite you to cook along at the Endless Stew. It is the year 2127 and this traveling stew has been kept boiling for 100 years in a talking pressure cooker with everything we consider surplus. Met Endless Stew create Bas Vanderschoot and Anouk Friedli a culinary performance about food waste; a circular ritual where they reflect with the audience on the history and future of our food. Full of infectious amazement, they sketch an absurd picture of how 21st-century humans dealt with food. Based on the circular stew, they fantasize about a sustainable recipe for the future.
