Tree Week: plant distribution and film-debate

As part of Tree Week, dedicated to the protection and enhancement of biodiversity, indigenous and honey-producing tree and shrub plants, subsidized by the Walloon Region, will be distributed free of charge on Saturday, November 21, from 9 am to 1 pm, in the municipal hall parking lot. The volunteers of the biodiversity working group, accompanied by the Environment service team, will be present to welcome you and discuss actions that promote nature on a daily basis. We also invite you to attend, on Wednesday, November 25 at 8 pm, the free screening of the film "La sagesse de nos arbres", followed by a film-debate in the marriage hall, in the presence of the director, Thierry Dory. As places are limited, prior registration is mandatory with the Environment service by email at environnement@lasne.be. Preserving trees is an essential commitment: each planting contributes to a more vibrant environment, a more resilient landscape, and a sustainable municipality for future generations.
