The young Marty Mauser (Timothée Chalamet) swindles his way through life. Boundlessly ambitious, he chases his big dream. He is not modest, he cannot give up. Even seducing a real movie star (Gwyneth Paltrow) seems like a feasible task to him. No one takes him seriously, but that doesn't stop Marty. He is prepared to do anything to prove what he is worth.
