On Sunday, June 21, we are transforming the Sint-Baafsabdij again into a fairy-tale setting for the second classical summer concert in a series of four. We welcome the Triunfal Quintet. This event is organized by Historische Huizen Gent and Neighbors of the Abbey. Het Triunfal Quintet is of Belgian soil and focuses on tango nuevo. The musicians (cello, piano, guitar, accordion, violin) know each other from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. The ensemble plays not only the fiery tango sounds of Astor Piazzolla, but also composers of their own soil, always with a link to the tango nuevo. Would you like to be there?
