Alma Rechtman is a singer-songwriter who tells of her loves, her hopes, her monsters and her joys in intimate songs. Her husky voice, sometimes on the verge of breaking, carries lyrics that speak of love, abandonment, loneliness, and gentle anger too. Her project is a declaration of love to pop, soul, women and folk. It is between the silences and the breaths that the sentences come to life, unfold. Her songs are scarred poems that never cease to surprise us, embodied by a powerful voice and a maturity that sometimes does not seem to really be that of her age.
Closing the festival, a surprise and intimate concert by a trendy artist whose name will only be announced at the last minute. Do you trust us?
(No one said it would be Angine de Poitrine, Daft Punk, Cat Woman or even Sauron, hey tell me!)
