THE LONGEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR (ALMOST) On Friday, June 19, you are warmly welcome for the last Fermentation Museum before the summer. We gather at 6:30 PM at the Wabo and start, weather permitting, in the garden with an extensive dinner full of fermentation, surprising flavors, and new creations.
