Barbara Loots tells people from the business world for a living how authenticity and humor can help them in daily operations, but as a performer, she goes a few steps further. Barbara specialized in burlesque and stand-up comedy. During this Comedy Café she will combine both ‘disciplines’. Do not expect wise life lessons, at most an absurd account of someone who is especially trying very hard NOT to grow up! Vincent Belmans brings comedy about everything, but especially about nothing. From banal insights to high-quality nonsense. Sometimes vulgar, sometimes pretentious, but nothing in between. And in the end, the question arises: what was that? Vincent is a finalist Comedy Talent Award 2026 of the Utrecht International Comedy Festival and finalist Lunatic Comedy Award 2026. He can rightly and reasonably call himself the best Geel comedian of all time. His evolution is lightning fast, so time for an extensive set in our Comedy Café! Jens Deferm, straight from Tuilt (and yes, you pronounce that as OWL with two T's) ended up in the comedy circuit by accident, but turned out to thrive surprisingly well in it. As a young teacher, he navigates through the adult world, with varying success and a lot of questions. Prepare for sharp observations, hilarious doubts, and a portion of pure, unadulterated stand-up! Jens was a finalist Schaal Lies Lefever 2025 and had he been a public favorite there, he would certainly have won. Jens leads the evening in the right direction!
