Visit to Passendale cheese factory

In a place where tradition, taste, and experience come together, we, with Neos Ingelmunster in groups, witness how fresh milk is transformed into real cheese. Somewhere in the Flemish fields, you will find Sint-Jozef, a cheese dairy from the interwar period. De Oude Kaasmakerij is a beautiful piece of heritage where the rich tradition of cheesemaking is brought back to life in an engaging and interactive way. As befits Neos , we are going to be actively together and enjoy the production process. We start with a coffee reception and then see how the cheesemaking works. During this process, there are two breaks (the curdling and pressing break), which we fill with a short museum visit. After that, it is time for a cheese tasting with some samples and a drink to end this trip in beauty.
