Pierke van Alijn during the Gentse Feesten: the silent statue

Tijdens de Gentse Feesten Pierke settles in the inner garden of Huis van Alijn. Expect nine delightful puppet theater performances of an hour and a half, full of fun and imagination. The puppet theater is suitable for children from 3 years old (mental age), always with an adult companion. Tickets are mandatory for children and adults. There is no sale at the door: reserve in advance via Uitbureau Gent. The silent statue The municipality decides to replace the beautiful statue of the first mayor with a modern statue. Together with Pierke, Agent Amedee sings a protest song. The mayor promises to postpone the plan. But then the statue disappears anyway... Pierke goes on a treasure hunt. What? Performance of 90 min. by the puppet theater Pierke van Alijn. The 'Museum Piece of the Year', voted by children in 2025. Children cannot attend the performance without an adult companion. When?
