Bazel Parks

The organization of Bazel Parkt is reaching its eighteenth edition in 2026. We would like to introduce ourselves briefly based on a concise history. In 2008, the idea arose to set up a summery, cozy event in the unique Bazel castle park. That summer, Bazel Parkt was born. With more than 1200 visitors, the first edition was an unexpected success immediately. Since then, Bazel Parkt has grown into a fixture on the summer calendar. Not just another festival, but an accessible open-air event for young and old to close the summer in beauty, where coziness and the family character are just as important as the musical performances. This year we welcome our visitors in the renovated park environment on Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29. On Friday, we want to start the festival with an evening program. An excellent selection of atmospheric musical acts is programmed to charm lovers of diverse genres. On Saturday, we will get started from the late afternoon to reach families, including children's and street entertainment. Captain Winokio should not be missing here! After that, several bands will make their appearance, including a tribute and party band. A closing DJ makes the party complete. We expect to attract many visitors to the castle park again with this. The program will be announced bit by bit over the coming months via our social media and website (bazelparkt.be). We will also work on novelties in terms of decoration, coziness and friendliness.
