In 2006, Stan Van Samang won the singing competition ‘Steracteur Sterartiest’ and a year later he scored his very first number 1 hit with ‘Scars’. Twenty years later, he celebrates this anniversary with a new theater tour: ‘Stan Solo +’. As the title suggests, Stan kicks off the show all by himself. Solo with his voice and his guitar. Exactly as it once began. It will be his most personal and authentic performance to date. A musical journey along his greatest hits, brought in their most natural form. But there is more. The show is also a tribute to his musical blood brother Eric Melaerts, the “plus” in ‘Stan Solo +’. The legendary guitarist could not be missing from this anniversary edition: he was on the jury of ‘Steracteur Sterartiest’ and was the producer of Stan's first hit. The circle is completely round.
