Bright Lights Sessions

Bright Lights Sessions is a traveling concert series that brings together artists from pop, rock, folk and indie in a creative pressure cooker. A group of songwriters dives into the rehearsal room together for a day. They bring their own songs, which grow into surprising new versions during an intensive jam session. You can hear the result of that musical cross-pollination live on stage in the evening: energetic, spontaneous and full of chemistry. No repetition, no routine. Every concert is unique. Think of an alternative Liefde voor Muziek, but rawer, freer and more exciting. Laura Cortese and Cleo Janse are the founders and permanent fixtures of Bright Lights Sessions. They have already played together with big names like Meskerem Mees, Frank Vander linden, Kids with Buns, The Bony King of Nowhere and Guido Belcanto, but also with new voices like Sam De Nef, BLUAI, Ão and Rosa Butsi.
