In a small attic room in Koningshooikt, King Hay digs deep into a bygone era. With grooving bass lines and 1960s organs, King Hay lets new 'Glory Days' grow. King Hay aims for timeless music combined with psychedelic rock influences, fresh arrangements, and tight interplay. With shows full of energy and solid grooves, King Hay brings the much-needed spirit of years thought lost back to 2026. Influenced by Beck, Blur, and The Black Keys. After years as a bassist in the service of various artists such as Noémie Wolfs, Glints, The Radar Station, Frimout, and Chackie Jam, Vincent Lembregts is now taking the step forward with his solo project King Hay. Quirky rock songs about everyday things, colored by a lo-fi edge and a sixties feel, form the core of this new project. All songs were written by Vincent Lembregts, produced and mixed by Stijn Konings, and mastered by Mathias Stal.
