Organ Concert Aleš Nosek

Aleš Nosek comes from Pilsen in the Czech Republic and is titular organist of the Saint Bartholomew Cathedral there. He studied at the Music Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. In 2014, Aleš obtained a master's degree in organ interpretation at the University of Katholieke Kerkmuziek in Regensburg in Germany. That same year he won the second prize during the Internationale Orgelcompetitie van Ružomberok in Slovakia. Aleš teaches at the Conservatorium van Pilsen and is active as a member of the Piatti Ensemble. In Veurne he plays works by Bedřich Smetana, Josef Klička, Bedřich Antonín Wiedermann and Joseph Bonnet, composers who were inspired by the Czech Republic.
