In the aftermath of corona, guitarist Peter Verhelst organized a series of surprising concerts under the name "The Eagle has Landed". He invited a different musical guest every week and together they played Arabic-Andalusian music, avant-garde, pop, jazz, and classical. Pure musical discoveries for a limited audience. One of those guests was Bjorn Eriksson and those two guitarists side by side turned out to be musical fireworks. Musical jack-of-all-trades Bjorn Eriksson we know as the guitar hero of, among others, Laïs, Zita Swoon, Eriksson Delcroix but also writes music for theater and film (among others The Broken Circle Breakdown). He was fascinated by bluegrass from a young age but has since cycled through just about every musical genre. Jazzgitarist Peter Verhelst can be heard in bands such as FISK, Saragon, Bel Ayre, Kohlbacher/Verhelst and wrote music for theater companies Toneelhuis and Dood Paard. He does not shy away from musical discovery and collaboration.
