Poké Bowls

Ferm Labo | A poke bowl is a traditional Hawaiian dish where rice, pasta, or quinoa is served in a bowl with fresh vegetables, meat or (raw) fish, a dressing, and some toppings. The ingredients are all cut into small slices or cubes and you often eat the bowl lukewarm. What can you expect? The following elements will be covered: The origin of the Poké Bowl, is it healthy, the structure and basic techniques for preparation.
