The reunion proceeds fairly unfiltered, unlike the life of Esmee. Esmee has grown into a social media phenomenon after the departure of Nathalie, complete with followers, filters and a carefully curated life, almost maniacally monitored by their mother. Wanneer Nathalie seeks a place in that life again, a razor-sharp and often hilarious battle breaks out.
