Lecture with Kurt Ravyts

Kurt Ravyts, an expert on local collaboration and resistance in West Flanders, described the state of the VNV and the resulting actions of this organization in his first book, "Wit/Zwart of vele tinten grijs" (White/Black or many shades of grey). He also mentioned the municipalities of Woesten and Oostvleteren. His second book focuses primarily on the figure "Jeroom Leuridan", a born and bred resident of Oostvleteren. At the outbreak of the Second World War, he lived in Ypres, where he was a lawyer and a municipal councilor. Kurt gives us an insight into the role of Jeroom Leuridan.
