Taste & Tradition. A brief history of gourmet traditions

Every civilization has different categories of food. Alongside everyday food items, there are also drinks and dishes enjoyed for special occasions. The "Taste & tradition" exhibition explores the close link between celebration and feasting and invites you to discover the little history hidden behind these gourmet traditions, from the champagne we toast in honor of someone or an event to wedding cakes, birth sugared almonds, Christmas turkey, or even Saint Nicholas speculoos cookies.
