Cooking workshop: tapas platter

Tapas literally means "lid" or "cover" in Spanish. They are small Spanish snacks or dishes that were originally placed on top of a glass of drink to protect it from flies and dust. Nowadays, it is a world-famous Spanish tradition of socializing and eating. Together, we will make a delicious tapas platter.
