Boze Wolven with drummer Geert Bonne, co-founder of Gorky, bring an ode to the early days of Gorky, without wanting to be called a cover or tribute band, with their own identity and sound. And now there is Boze Wolven, a band named after the song of the same name, which digs the early years of Gorky (1989-1993) out from under the dust and brings the iconic classics back to life. The group returns to the source and breathes new life into the songs, with respect for the original, but with their own identity and sound. and driving force behind Boze Wolven, Drummer Geert Bonne, co-founder of Gorky, picks up the thread again and, in the company of Luce Mudgang (The Mudgang), Michel Goessens (Goes & Goes), Peter Ysabie (ex-Pink Flowers), Piet Geldhof (Fragment) and Philippe Gunst (Fragment), returns to the essence, the primal power, and the intensity of the rehearsal room where the sweat dripped from the walls and the songs were central. No frills, no trimmings, but blood, sweat, and tears.
