The Belair Lip Bombs

The Belair Lip Bombs is an indie rock quartet from Frankston, an Australian coastal city whose DIY scene has deeply shaped the band's identity. Formed around Maisie Everett, Mike Bradvica, Jimmy Droughton and Daniel “Dev” Devlin, the band has been developing direct and melodic songwriting for several years, driven by a collective energy and a strong attachment to their local roots. Between nervous rhythms, warm guitars and cathartic vocals, The Belair Lip Bombs claims an aesthetic they themselves describe as “yearn-core”, somewhere between melancholic indie rock and revisited classic rock. After the success of Lush Life in 2023, the band opens a new chapter with Again, a second album released after their signing with Third Man Records, the label of Jack White. Produced with Nao Anzai and Joe White, Again refines their DIY approach without losing the spontaneity that characterizes their tracks. Always guided by a solid friendship and a taste for immediate melodies, the band confirms a growing place among the new voices of Australian indie rock.
