Astrid has been living with young Tara for 10 years. Of Ellen Babić, we will know almost nothing. Perhaps just that she is the student of Astrid, her teacher, suspected of having had an inappropriate attitude, one night, during a school trip. This suspicion, almost accusatory, is the high school principal, Wolfram, who will have it during an informal invitation to Astrid's after class. Wolfram, of dubious benevolence, and with vague motivations.
The play is this discussion unfolded without any ellipsis, in Astrid's apartment, for the duration of an evening. Exchanges under tension that will gradually reveal the stakes to us and whose implications we measure with dread.
To carry this magnificent text, by one of the most performed and most noticed European playwrights, a remarkable cast, as close as possible to the words and the meaning, to make the tension palpable and bring the atmosphere to its incandescence.
