Both at the Sinksenfeesten Kortrijk and at the Gentse Feesten 2025, both squares were closed due to the large turnout for the concert of Marcel de Groot! The proof that Boudewijn's songs are still very much alive, and they were sung along with full lungs by an enthusiastic audience every time! The idea to interpret his father's repertoire had been playing in Marcel's head for a long time. With multi-instrumentalists Martin Bakker (Nits, Freek de Jonge …) and Rens van der Zalm (Frank Boeijen, Youp van ’t Hek …), son Marcel goes browsing in the richly filled oeuvre of Boudewijn.
