Menu: a vegetarian moussaka as a main course with a fitting jelly pudding for dessert! + Ruisgewas: RrrRrrrrRrrrrrrrr (8 PM) Everything arises from vibration. Without movement, there is nothing. Every vibration sets something else in motion. Wannes and Yinka visited inspiring people and places. They drank coffee and talked about movement and practicing looking differently. Based on these meetings, Yinka writes and performs a text about trying and creating. As accurately as possible, she tries to master her own craft: observing and noting. Wannes creates a new sound installation with five vibrating pedestals. Stacked objects move: from knitting needles to cisterns, from jerry cans to coffee cups. Through a precise selection and composition, minimal music and playful stackings emerge. RrrRrrrrRrrrrrrrr is a performance about searching, about making, about trying. About what sets each of us in motion every day. Each in their own way, Wannes and Yinka build the performance: with text and vibration, objects and observations. Every performance is a new encounter: between Wannes and Yinka, between the performers and the venue, between the audience, the text, and the music.
