Author's words

Éric Fernez, a two-Michelin-starred chef from Baudour, will be the guest at a brand-new free event organized by the municipal library of Ville de Saint-Ghislain. Always driven by its desire to promote culture on Saint-Ghislain soil, La Rollandine will launch "Paroles d’auteur" (Author's Words) on June 10th. It is an opportunity to highlight a writer from the Entity and allow the people of Saint-Ghislain to meet them during a convivial moment. The guest for this first edition, Éric Fernez, chef of "Le Faitout", "D’Eugénie à Emilie", and "La Marelle Café", will come to chat in all simplicity on the occasion of the release of his second book, "Ma grande cuisine" (My Great Cuisine).
