Kristien Hemmerechts & Bram Nolf - Herman De Coninck with sound of oboe

In 1980, the poetry collection “Met een klank van hobo” by Herman de Coninck (1944-1997) appeared. Kristien Hemmerechts, widow of the poet, reads a selection from “Met een klank van hobo”, as well as a number of fragments from his preserved letters. Hoboïst Bram Nolf provides a framework around the poet's poetry, effectively with a sound of oboe, (“the wanderer among the instruments” as it continues in the poem “Taarlo”), backed by an exquisite string quintet.
