The butcher turns out to be a strong storyteller, while the actor is a lover of refined culinary art. One cuts, the other tells. Both push their craft to the extreme. But they also question it, where necessary. Respect for the trade, human, animal, and nature forms the heart of this performance. Vleesch (Meat) is sensory music theater like a ritual sacrifice.
