V-Kurated is a series of FREE concert nights, created to spotlight the richness of Brussels’ local talent. Each edition brings together three acts giving it their all. PYO pulls you into modern post-punk and dark new wave: melancholic synths, tight rhythms and introspective lyrics in a retro-cyberpunk atmosphere that could teach the Blade Runner universe a thing or two. RAPHA delivers honest pop with an emotional core. The Belgian singer with Congolese roots broke through after winning MNM Rising Star and entered the charts with her debut single Funny. In her songs, she opens up about love, heartbreak and mental health. Time to bring out the tissues. Aghogho blends soul, jazz, funk and afrobeats into a warm, layered sound. The Antwerp-based singer-songwriter and bassist draws from her Nigerian roots and jazz training. Now a resident artist at Trix, she is working on fresh music ready to be discovered.
