The best-kept Dutch secret within the post-classical and electronic world and one of the most intriguing contemporary violinist/composers meet together on the stage of de VELINX = an evening of dreaming away in pure beauty.\n\nElisabeth Klinck is a contemporary violinist, composer, and performer from Brussels. With a background in electroacoustic composition and theater, she takes her audience on a journey through emotional landscapes, with intimate sound textures and atmospheric tones. Her work is both powerful and vulnerable. She was already a guest at our Eleven O'Clock Mass, but now that she has released the beautiful debut album Picture a Frame, we are happy to invite her again. She performs her songs live with cellist Jasmijn Lootens.\n\nLudoWic is just about the best-kept Dutch secret within the post-classical and electronic world. Thijs Lodewijk/LudoWic works with analog equipment and rare instruments such as the Trautonium - one of the first synthesizers invented around 1929 - and creates music that feels both nostalgic and futuristic. His live performances are characterized by a dynamic range of synthesizers and equipment, with which he turns his detailed soundscapes into powerful, immersive experiences.
