We seem collectively obsessed with time. Where does that focus on speed, tempo, and the clock come from? Discover it together with Walkotopia and walk along in search of Ghent traces of time. How did our view of time change throughout the centuries? And how did time change our vision of living and the ideal city?
De Gentse historian Leentje Van Hoorde takes you in tow in the neighborhood around the disappeared South Station. Together, the participants unravel the pitfalls and advantages of living by the clock. The walk, which is dedicated to dialogue and contemplation, lasts about three hours. It will be a philosophical walk at a wonderfully slow pace.
