Open Farm Day: Rawijs

Rawijs is an organic self-harvest farm in Lochristi where the farmers grow vegetables, herbs, and small fruit with a lot of love. Their general operation is sustainable: participants have a say through consultation. Rawijs has been a recognized cooperative society since 2022. This structure ensures the continuity of Rawijs. The financial and economic structure is transparent. They strive for a fair wage for the Rawijs farmers. The farmers of Rawijs take us onto the field for an exclusive look behind the scenes. On this farm day, we leave the theory for what it is and pull on our boots for a good dose of practice. On that same day, there is also a workday organized by the Agricultural Brigades .
