Cultural Centre: Living Under Occupation in Palestine

Last December, Ju, a citizen of Mons, stayed for a month in Hebron to discover the reality of life under occupation from the inside.\n Through audio stories from meetings in the field, she offers a sensitive and embodied approach to daily life in Palestine, centered on lived experience and feelings. These testimonies allow us to hear the multiple realities of life under occupation: movement restrictions, territorial fragmentation, access to resources, but also the impact on the body and social ties.\n The meeting will be enriched by the intervention of Marianne Blume, who will provide elements of historical and geopolitical context to better understand the current situation in the West Bank and Gaza.\nA crowdfunding pot will be proposed in solidarity with “Aida Youth Center”, a youth organization near Bethlehem.\nA partnership with CEPAG Mons-Borinage.
