Guided tour: masterpiece in masonry: the citadel of Diest

Admire the first step in the restoration of the citadel The citadel of Diest is the only remaining brick citadel in Belgium. The brick facades of the southern tenaille moat were recently restored, and during these works, they made a great discovery. They found remains of an old obstacle course of the Para’s. The architect gives you an insight into the restoration of this unique masonry during this tour. Afterwards, you can visit the Pegasus Museum and view unique images of the former obstacle course on the citadel.
