Open-air film library Anzegem

On Saturday, August 22, everyone is welcome at the free open-air film of the library in collaboration with the World Council! This year, you can find us again on the film meadow by the church of Gijzelbrechtgem (Kleine Kluis - Gijzelbrechtegemstraat 42). The meadow opens at 8:00 PM. The film starts at 9:00 PM. End expected around 10:30 PM. Bring your own chair or blanket to make it cozy. Before and after the film, you can have a drink at the Fairtrade bar in aid of 11.11.11. According to annual tradition, a French comedy is on the menu again. This time we chose Un P’tit Truc En Plus, a film from 2024. The film was directed by Victor Artus Solaro (Artus). Behalve Artus, several non-professional actors with a disability also play a role. Paulo and his father Lucien, nicknamed \"la fraise\", rob a small jewelry store in the center of Valence (Drôme). But they discover that their car has been impounded because it was parked illegally in a space for the disabled, next to the courthouse and an institution that cares for young adults with an intellectual disability.
